In general, the more education you have, the better your salary. Computer programmers can work after receiving Bachelors degrees, but if you want a better salary than you’d receive at that point, get a Masters degree in computer programming.

Some online sites like Points2shop (http://www.points2shop.com/splash/gamers?ref=uin1304520729) are legitimate survey and offer websites. They connect you to surveys and you get paid. I’ve earned quite a bit from them and I’ve actually withdrawn what I’ve earned (and used their service to spend my money directly from the site on 2 ultimate game cards and I bought minecraft!)

Alternatively you can also start a Blogger or Wordpress blog. If your blog is popular enough you could monetize it by placing google adsense ads on your blog strategically and then making money when people click on the ads. It’s not a surefire way to get money though as it requires good ads as well as good content from you.

Another option is writing articles online for a website called Triond (http://www.triond.com/rw/550201). Once you publish articles on the site it will be spread to other websites and advertisements will be placed. You’ll get paid about 0.15 cents per view (thats 0.0015 USD, not much but you get what you earn). The amount you earn actually scales with how many views your articles have gotten that month. I was earning around 0.2 cents per hit last month when my articles had 400 views. Well if you can get a million hits on your article that’d be 1.5-2k USD that month. Not bad huh?

If you have a tumblr, you can put ads on them, and whenever someone clicks the ad, you get money. You'd have to have a popular tumblr that got views, though.
