No one knows what the future holds, but Internet Marketing is one of the fastest growing and developing markets out there.
If you use your common sense you’ll see that as the internet is growing, the markets on it grow too. More users= more costumers, more websites=more competition.
Specializing is the way to go.
If you’re a programmer or good copy writer then golden times are ahead buddy! Just focus on what you do now and don’t buy every amazing new system on the market, cause they will only work if you focus on implementing them…
Good luck!
Hi! I want to create information products, like ebooks, audios and videos etc.
The problem is I dont want to get into trouble due to plagiarism. What is legal to copy and what isn’t?
and more importantly: (which my fellow internet marketers hopefully can answer me):
what is accepted by the competitors? (I don’t want to get a bad reputation, since I want to do some JV’s with them)
I mean, knowledge doesn’t miracously fall into somebody’s lap, everybody learned from somebody or somewhere.
So may I use what I learned in a seminar to sell my own products?
May I use what I researched in the internet?
May I use what I learned from other products, like ebooks videos etc?
Of course, I don’t copy what I want to "use". I want to combine the little "truths" from various knowledge sources and want to create a product that describes the topic and solves the customers problems in my personal, own way, all the information would be conveyed thorugh my personal perspective.
It’s not my intention to "copy&paste" my competitors texts to save work. I DO put effort into it, i’ll do it differently in my own way, still, my question is may I do that, even if a lot of my knowledge comes from competitors products?
I als found out a lot by myself by combining different sources, discarding the mistakes and only taking the best from each source, I could make even a more high quality product than my competitors, but to do that I still need lots of basic information, that I use as a "foundation" on which I can build my own tweaks and aspects…
Is it wrong to do that? I mean, nobody has to tell me that all my competitors (doesn’t even matter in which niche) invented everything themselves…
What is accepted to "re-use" from others and what is sooo unique that it’s not?
If an idea is that unique, may I at least take it with reference to the competitor and comment on it/elaborate on it? (what if that idea is contained in a charged product? May I elaborate on it even if I risk to reveal fee-required information from my competitor to my customers?)
I ‘d gladly give a concrete example if necessary.
a personal answer, preferably from a fellow internet marketer would be appreciated.
And Guys, could you please refer me at least to a specific site, not just a domain with general information? I already researched the internet for *general* information about plagiarism, thats why I ask persons, for a real, personal answer (preferably through the perspective of an internet marketer)
I’m sure Internet Marketers appreciate your concerns & consideration, but I’d say you simply can’t worry about what you might be copying or not.
The fact is, if you’re writing your OWN product about things you already know about I don’t think you should worry too much if you think it ‘may’ be similar to another e-book.
I think it’s really great that you’re actually concerned about this issue, but at the end of the day if you have something of value to sell to fellow internet marketers, as long as you’re not plagiarising or copying as such, go ahead and write your own version with your own twist.
The phrase there being – "OWN version, with your OWN TWIST".
I’d say obviously steer clear of copy/pasting, but also try not to copy the layout or structure or color scheme etc. These are just things that, if similar to a fellow IMer’s e-book, give them reason to complain and give you a bad rep.
The less they have to complain about, the less they’ll complain. This is the exact opposite in fact.
It’d just be nice to think that anyone can write about anything they want, they shouldn’t have to be worried about ‘maybe’ copying someone else’s e-book or whatever.
Good luck writing your book, hopefully it’ll sell.. Post it here if you remember!
Make sure you submit your book for free on www.wsoreview.net
Take care
wiht the internet being massive it hard to find really good advice. Sure people will always teach you for a price. Is there something out there for folk that don’t large amount of cash just laying around. Another I found you only really get the surface for free but the surface not going to make any real money to find a really good source.
Why don’t you just do some SEO research for your business.
people who are interested to learn how to make money online ?
If you’re over 18, go to Associated Content and write articles. You can write on any subject you want. They pay you upfront + pageviews. There are many websites that you can write for that only pay for pageviews. I made a good living writing for associated content before I got a better gig. I highly recommend it.

I just saw on internet that their is a software which once we install in our mobile phone we can spy the conversation of other mobile phone which we wish to spy with out the knowledge of that particular mobile owner and of course the site owner is asking some amount in US$ to be paid in advance. So is it worth really paying for such a software or its just another fake online marketing technique ?
Shaik,
It is real technology. You can basically monitor anything done on a modern cell phone. Calls made and received, messages sent and received, internet usage even where it has been through gps.
A cell phone can even be used as a bug device as the mic of the cell can be live without a call being made. You can listen in to anything said near that phone.
Mobile technology these days are basically small computers and you can monitor anything on a computer so it figures the same can be done with a cell phone.
There is a great video made by FOX news here: http://hubpages.com/hub/Spy-On-Cell-Phones that shows what can be done.
Hello, I have started a self-proclaimed business that currently specializes in Mobile Marketing, thanks to Mobile Monopoly by Adam Horwitz and I am about to start setting up some campaigns, but I have a problem. The company was originally meant to be a Mobile Marketing only company, but it is called Ellis Digital Marketing. It was called Ellis Mobile Marketing, but I changed it as I want to be bimarketarey(Made up word, sorry), or handling marketing in 2 different ways, so while Mobile Marketing will always be my specialty and primary focus, I also need to start an Online Sector of my business. I know of many courses(To name a few, Lee McIntyre and the Platinum Program, Philip Mansour and Confidential Conversions, Desmond Ong and Niche Funnel System) and I only want to use one system for my online business. At first I thought I could just run several businesses, and have each business utilize a different method taught by a different course, but that would take up too much time and analysis. So I want to only use one, and I want to hear from someone who has used the teaching of either: Lee McIntyre, Philip Mansour, Desmond Ong, or Adam Horwitz. Thank you.
Well have you used that method and had success?
this is the next best thing after mobile monopoly http://a3eb35ftdu6v9re1z8peavbk24.hop.clickbank.net/
