I’m 13, and right now in school, we are planning what classes we want to take to match the career we want to have. I know I want something to do in computers, because they are not going anywhere, and they make good money. I am interested in being a computer programmer, or a webmaster. I looked on the internet and they all pay pretty good. But is there anything I can do to make more money from it? Like more college? thx.
In general, the more education you have, the better your salary. Computer programmers can work after receiving Bachelors degrees, but if you want a better salary than you’d receive at that point, get a Masters degree in computer programming.
It’s a 90 page film screenplay …. very funny. I have tried to get an agent to help publicise my work but as this is my first venture, they will not take it on (Without even looking at it) any ideas no matter how bizzare would be welcome.
Is it formatted correctly? If its not, most people toss it in the bin straight away.

Wall of text warning: So here’s the story. About 3 days ago i was surfing the web and came across an ad saying you could make money from home easily. after some research it turned out to be a pyramid scheme. But for some reason ever since then, I have become addicted by the idea of making a paycheck from home. I’m not looking for some miracle way to make $10,000 a month, just a normal starting paycheck that would be enough to quit my job, say like $1,800 a month. I have researched a lot and have found some good ways such as Google Adsense. However, I have absolutely no knowledge whatsoever on how the internet works. Don’t get me wrong i’m a pretty smart person and have taken computer programming classes but nothing about the internet. I don’t know how to make a website at all, how to customize it, how to pick the right keywords for traffic generation or any of that. If someone was willing to help me along every single step of the way, I would gladly reward them for the trouble once i started making some money. I understand that this can’t happen overnight. Also, if anyone has any information on any real jobs, as in actual employed jobs by companies that allow you to work only at home that would be appreciated too. Thank You!

Buy at auction and resell on Craig’s list and ebay, Take pictures and list on the net for other people this way you can make 20 or 30 per cent and invest no money.
I’m new to Ebay and I don’t have the Paypal yet. The seller and I have agreed to pay it by cash by doing the postal order. I’ve searched on the internet how to do it, and it says I have to go to the Post Office and ask for money order. And then what’s next?
I’m living in Canada. And if the seller gave me the price of the item in British currency, do I have to exchange the Canadian dollar to pounds in the bank? Or I could send the cash in dollars?

Royal post only sells money orders denominated in CDN and USD. Your recipient would have to deposit the MO into their bank account and wait weeks/months for it to clear.
Your bank should be able to issue you a cashier’s check in a foreign denomination (around $10 fee). Alternately you could buy traveler’s checks and mail them.

Unless you have very specific skills, such as graphic design, web design, computer programming or sell on eBay, there are no real internet work at home jobs. On line jobs are just another urban myth. You will just be bombarded with all kinds of work at home scams such as envelope stuffing, data entry, home assembly, medical transcription, reading e mails, surveys, etc.

Just be super careful as there are an endless number of sites which promise too much money too quick-ly and that is not the way it works. Don’t be greedy, mony has to be earned it doesn’t come from the sky.

There are several ways to make money off the internet. My personal favourite is affiliate marketing but that is just one way.
If you are running a blog the idea is also to run promotions for other peoples products and by referring them to a site such as Amazon then you will get a commission if they buy. There are also sites that will pay you if the visitor volunteers details such as an e-mail address so that they can then send them information.
There are numerous different ways of monetising a website. Putting Google ads on is yet another possibility.
Now to your original question "How do you make money off blogs?" The idea is that to make sales you obviously have to have visitors. These visitors have to be interested in what you have to say if you want them to be regular visitors and you have to offer them what they are looking for if you want to turn them into customers.
To get visitors in the first place you need to have an internet presence that will show up on the search engines.
Just as an example say you were running a website on photography. If people put "photography" into google search then millions of sites would show up (922,000,000 to be precise) and the chances of yours being found would be minute.
However if you included a page on your site describing photography for pensioners then there are actually only 2 sites on google UK that have exactly that term in their title. A lot more show up if you put photography for pensioners but put it in "" and only 2 do. Now you have leverage to get to top of google. No good of course if nobody is searching for that term (Google statistics tells me that no one is) but you get the idea.
You would then describe photographic books aimed at older people (there are some out there) and direct them to Amazon where they could buy them. Each page on your blog would be targeted at a different small part of the market where you have a far better chance of being found.
Google like to see fresh useful content too so by regularly updating your blog and encouraging comment and interaction then you improve your ranking. There is far more to it than that of course but I think I have rambled on enough.
